We in the admissions office are here to help you through the process from applying for admissions all the way through getting enrolled in classes. Our staff will answer any questions concerning admissions, testing, and registration.

Admission Checklist

• Scheduling Your Campus Tour

__ Schedule a Campus Visit by calling 806-874-4837.

__ Prepare questions - You will have the opportunity to meet with an Enrollment Services Counselor prior to your tour. If you take the time to prepare for your visit by visiting our website and researching your career options before you arrive on campus for your appointment, you will feel better prepared and will get more out of your visit.

• Application Process

Please note: International students must submit additional items for consideration for admission. Please call 1-800-687-9737 for more information.

__ Fill out and submit an application. The preferred method of submission is electronically through our Application Portal (access instructions here) or the ApplyTexas website. You may also download an application and send it in.*

__ Submit a Registration Data Form.*

__ Submit official high school transcript or GED test scores.

__ Submit copies of official college transcripts.*

__ Submit copy of Immunization Record (required of all students).

__ Mail or deliver transcripts & copy of immunization record to:

__ File your Financial Aid. We encourage you to submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible, as it could take up to 6 weeks to process. Filing for Financial Aid is free.

__ Fill out and return the Scholarship Application.

__ Fill out and return the Housing Application and Housing Contract with $150 dorm deposit.
(Only applies to students living on campus in Clarendon.) Visit to access the application.

__ Complete the needed placement testing. These tests are to determine the level of study to be pursued during the first semester. Contact the student services office at 806-874-to find out more information about testing.

__ Sign up to attend "Bulldog Days" new student orientation to register for classes and become familiar with Clarendon College. Call 1-800-687-9737 for more information on "Bulldog Days."

__ If you are planning to enroll in online coursework at Clarendon College you need to complete the SmarterMeasure Assessment by visiting the web address provided below.

SmarterMeasure is an assessment that measures learner readiness for online coursework at Clarendon College. SmarterMeasure is an indicator of the degree to which distance learning and/or learning in a technology rich environment will be a good fit for you. It will help you prepare to be successful as a student.  Please use the usernames and passwords listed below to login.  Please select the campus location where you applied for admission.
